Please note that Texas Receivership LLC is not authorized to negotiate this debt on behalf of the Judgment Creditor. However, we will forward any good faith offer, along with supporting documentation, to the Judgment Creditor for consideration. The Judgment Creditor reserves the right to accept, reject, or counter your proposal. Judgment creditors will often respond in 3 to 5 working days to offers made through the online form.

Before starting the form, please be prepared to provide the following documentation:

• Two recent bank statements
• Last year’s filed tax returns, signed 4506T, or an affidavit that you have not filed last year’s taxes with a signed 4506T.
• Social Security award letter
• Proof of disability, if applicable, and other relevant documents.
